interested in repair or rebuild work, unless it's a massive job. For us,
no job is too small and we're happy to come out and give you our expert
opinion on what caused the problem and what it will take to both correct
the problem that caused the damage, but also the cost of restoring it to
better-than-before condition. Whether your damage is from the occasional Southern California earthquake, settling soil, unlicensed contractors, the "low bidder", or for reasons entirely unknown to you, we are happy to bring our expertise to you and provide our personalized "Consult and Advise' service. Our "Consult & Advise" service call can be scheduled for only $150, payable at the time of our visit. We will conduct a thorough examination of the area to be repaired, determine cause of the damage in our opinion, what efforts would be required to not only repair but also to what steps can be taken to protect against future occurrences of the same type. We provide a complete written report of our findings and our recommendations. If you contract with us to make the actual repairs, the Consult & Advise fee is applied toward the cost of the repair, so our Consult & Advise service would be provided at no cost to you. |
